Prime Video, India’s most loved entertainment destination, today announced the global streaming premiere of Tamil crime thriller Raththam. Directed by CS Amuthan, the film which revolves around a series of mysterious murders and a journalist’s quest to uncover the truth and features Vijay Antony, Mahima Nambiar, and Nandita Swetha in lead roles. Raththam will exclusively stream in India and across 240 countries and territories worldwide from November 3 in Tamil. Raththam is the latest addition to the Prime membership. Raththam narrates the tragic life story of an investigative journalist, Ranjith Kumar (Vijay Antony), who returns to his job to uncover the mystery behind an intriguing murder. Chezhiyan, the editor of a media house, is murdered by a fanatic to publish a negative story about his idol. Kumar delves deeper to find answers only to discover a more giant- illegal network and the killer who might be the victim in this terrifying murder. Can he stop the mastermind behind this sinister operation before more lives are lost?
