ULLU continues to roll out one gripping series after the other and now has announced soon to launch ‘Gosht’. The story of the show may seem unnatural because of its brutal & rare nature of heinous crimes like sexual abuse, murder, cannibalism, and attempted necrophilia. But crimes and criminals know no boundaries. Prakash Belawadi, Nalneesh Neel, and Amit Koushik have been roped in to play pivotal roles alongside Abigail Pande who will be seen playing a fierce journalist.
The series depicts a strange incident where the village is absolutely perturbed with sudden continuous disappearances of children. As the story unfolds the audiences get to know that these children were brutally murdered and then served to eat. Prakash Belawadi will be seen portraying the role of a senior superintendent of Police who is in charge of investigating the case while Nalneesh Neel is playing the character of Jaggi who is the domestic help to Mahendra Oberoi (Amit Koushik), a business tycoon of Chandigarh with an astonishing lifestyle who is found to be a suspect for the case.
On playing the role of an investigating officer, Prakash Belawadi shares, “The storyline of the show is quite complex and dark. When I was offered the role of an investigating officer, I saw that the character had shades of grey, which I found interesting. So I said yes to the show. The cop that I'm playing is compelled to change because he feels morally challenged by the circumstances he faces. We hope the viewers engage with the show as much as we did while filming it.”
