09th October 2021: COLORS’ popular show ‘Barrister Babu’ illustrates the inspiring journey of Bondita, who with the help of her companion Anirudh finds her purpose in life, breaks the glass ceiling and becomes a ‘Barrister Babu’. The show has kept the audience glued to their TV screens with its beautiful and compelling narrative. Currently, the drama unfolds as Anirudh is falsely accused for Chandrachur’s murder charges and has been put behind the bars. Bondita learns the truth that Chandrachur is alive and decides to fight for the love of her life, Anirudh.
Charming and suave actor Pravisht Mishra who portrays the character of Anirudh Roy Chaudhary in the show visited the City of Nawabs recently to thank the viewers for showering immense love on his show ‘Barrister Babu’ and his character. Whilst in the city, he also spoke about ‘Barrister Babu’ and the many twists and turns the viewers can expect in the coming weeks and introduced the viewers to COLORS’ upcoming first-ever visual quiz show BYJU’S presents ‘The Big Picture’, hosted by Bollywood’s superstar Ranveer Singh. To kick off the excitement around this anokha quiz show and in a true blue larger than lifestyle, Pravisht visited the city’s most iconic monument Rumi Darwaza.
Pravisht shared his excitement and said, “It feels great to visit Lucknow as it feels like I'm closer to my roots, since my ancestors hail from Allahabad. To add to the excitement, I am here to unveil COLORS’ first ever visual-based quiz show 'The Big Picture’. The entire nation has been an admirer of Ranveer Singh’s work and I am so happy that he is now going to grace television screens.” Talking about his show 'Barrister Babu's' he said, "A lot is in store for the viewers in the upcoming episodes of the show see how Bondita will fight against all odds to prove Anirudh's innocence.”
The upcoming track of the show will revolve around Bondita’s quest and determination to prove Anirudh innocent. She will devise a plan to trap Chandrachur and have him confess his crimes.
