recent years and now they are bringing an exciting show ‘AmmaKeBabu Ki Baby’ on Star Bharat. This show
revolves around three
unique and distinct characters – Amma played by Versatile VibhaChibber, Babu played
by good-looking Karan Khanna and Baby played by elegant & newbie Gouri
Agarwal. The makers of the show are leaving no stone unturned in terms of
creating entertaining sequences and a storyline to entertain their viewers.
Considering Bollywood filmmakers are in a remake mode, its poetic justice
perhaps that the big screen hits are now going 'small’.
The song ‘Koi Ladki Hai’ from
the 1997 Shah Rukh Khan, Madhuri Dixit &Karisma Kapoor starrer ‘DilToh Hai Pagal’ is
still considered to be one of the most iconic and the most loved song among
dance lovers. The song is one of the most iconic songs in Bollywood history.
The song was a raging hit when it first came out and fans were awestruck
watching Madhuri’s performance in the movie. Interestingly, the maker of the
show AmmaKeBabu Ki Baby will be recreating the
classic song in their upcoming fiction offering on Star Bharat wherein the lead
actress Gouri Agarwal will be dancing in the rain with small kids.
When spoken to Gouri on her excitement
around this sequence she said, “When I was told I was to dance in the rain
with kids for a playful sequence, the first thing that came to my mind was
MadhuriMa’ams’ song from DilTohPagal Hai. The way she danced so gracefully was
constantly in my mind while shooting for the shot. It's always difficult to
recreate hit songs. One might think that recreation is the easiest thing to do
but recreating a song means double the responsibility. We hope that people
enjoy the mood, vibe and the emotions behind this sequence.”
